Can you please more helpful then sending my to a dead link?!
I am not simply having issues sending the recovery to my email, its NOT going to my email. I recently switched web hosts and my email was down for a few days and the submissions were bouncing back. So now when I attempt to have the recovery link sent it will not go through.
I have all my contracts in this account and I really need to access it.

Follow this instruction to reset your username password
1. Go to JotForm login page https://www.jotform.com/login
2. Click on the "Forgot Password" link
3. Provide your email address where the reset email instruction will be sent.
