Cutoff date for modifying form data?

When entering at a and submitting a form an email response goes out to the person person filling out the form.  At the bottom of the email it says that any errors can be corrected by going to a linked URL.  That is fine, but at some point in time, say a specific date, I don't want the user to be able to change things.  How do I put a stop date and have that included in the email?

    Hello bssrc,

So basically what you want to do is to not allow editing a submission after certain date. Is that correct?

I am not sure if this is possible and we can add conditions to check the date field that way. Let me take some time to look into it if there is any possibility.

We will get back to you if I find any option.

    Thank you!
