How can I create a PDF including form entries?

Dear Experts,

I made a conference registration form which can be found in http://form.jotformeu.com/form/42162731680350. 

I would like to create a pdf document including some of the form entries (author name, abstract text, etc.) to generate the book of abstracts. Is it possible to make that using jot form.
