    Form dynamicDropdowns widget is stuck at please wait....after clicking submit button

    I have fixed the security errors but when I fill out the form and I press submit it still keeps saying please wait. I also opened the page in a different browser but same result

    Hi,

    The Dynamic Dropdown Widget is causing this. Let me forward this thread to our developers so they can further check and assist us about this problem. I've tried a few ways to fix this, but no luck. Creating new form seems fine so I think this is form specific, to your form.

    The same thing is happening with my other form which does not have a Dyanamic Dropdown. https://secure.jotform.co/form/42320481493855

    Hi,

    The ticket report is still open and currently assigned to one of our developer.

    Unfortunately, we have not received any update form our back end team. Upon checking the ticket status, I found that it is marked as urgent and one of my colleague is already looking into this issue.
