Huge Influx of form submissions

Hi!

We have received almost 100 new submissions to one of our forms in the last 24 hours. Normally in that time we get 0-5. If they are spam, they are really well done. I have been with this company for 3 years and haven't seen anything like this. There is no corresponding influx of orders, phone calls, or marketing effort that would justify this. 

Is our form compromised? I took it off the website until we resolve this. It is the form "Customer Contact Information". Thank you!

Your form is fully secured with the re-Captcha field and I don't think spammers can submit a spam like these. We have a security check if someone is using a proxy or an unknown browser. If someone detected using or doing so, they will be asked for verification.

I checked your form submissions and they looks like NOT a spam. Or, did you remove those spam submissions? I filtered submissions by August 21st.
