I have multiple forms. Each form has a dropdown, "Institution", that is the same on all forms...

Is there a way that I can set that specific dropdown to pull from a unifying source?  That way, whenever I need to add or remove a university, I can do it once and it will reflect the change on all forms.

Unfortunately, that is not possible. You have to go through each form and edit options. You can simply copy and paste changes. Open forms on a multiple tabs.
