Saleforce: Update existing records instead of adding a new one

Also (sorry for all the add on's), is there a way to have records UPDATE existing records in salesforce.com vs. only adding a new one (which can create dupes)?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I don't think there's one. The integration creates a new lead for every submission even though the same information is submitted.

    Thank you!

This would be a good enhancement idea. I know it is possible...

    thanks.

Let me forward this thread to our developers as a feature request. Unfortunately, we can't promise any timeframe for this. If updates are made, you should be notified via this thread.

    Thank you!

Do you know if this was implemented or is it close to being implemented?

    Hi,

Sorry for the late update, but we'd like to inform you that this is now available.

Select "Update Existing Entry" in the Duplicate Check options to enable it.

Please do note that it works by cross-checking the user's email with the existing record.

Let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

    Warm regards,
