    Hi Kim,

When adding the codes please make sure that you are using the
HTML input otherwise it will be added as plain text.

Can you please use the iFrame embed when adding it to your
site so that it will not conflict with the existing codes.

To get your iframe embed codes

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    4.  Copy the codes provided in the next screen

Let us know if this works for you.

    Best Regards,
    Mliz

    Hi Kim,

When adding the code in the page use the Script Editor to
place the embed code. I found the following article from
123 Reg help faq. The instructions from Step 8 onwards is
applicable when adding the form to your website.

    1. Click on the Script Editor button.
    2. Double-click on the White Script box.
    3. Paste the embed code from JotForm.
    4. Click on the Apply button to save your changes.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Mliz

    Hi Kim,

Going back to your previous post that includes the embed code, upon close observation I noticed that your embed code lacked the closing " > " on the <iframe> tag. It should look like this instead:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/12455702344" frameborder="0">

Could you please make sure that this is not the case? Ensure that you copy-paste the whole embed code as provided by JotForm's Embed Code Wizard.

    Hope this helps.
