Help with form calculation not calculating

    Hi.  I have my form due today, and I need to calculate registration dues and pass them on to a payment form. 

    The calculation of all the dues is the problem.

    Dues are checkboxes (first grade annual dues, 2nd grade annual dues. etc)  

    I want those check boxes to calculate to the 'Total Amount Due Today' button, however it's not calculating, and I don't know what I'm doing wrong.  I have added the calculation amount to each of the check boxes. 

     

    I sent in a much more complicated request but have not heard back.  I need this form to go out today and I'm totally stumped on what I"m doing wrong.

     

    Please help..... (as soon as possible please!!! )
