PayPal Interface Problems

I am new to Jotform so please bear with me.

The form set up to which I refer is for test purposes and is found at

I am trying out Jotform with PayPal for a series of conferences where people register and have a choice as to whether they pay by credit card/PayPal, cheque or bank transfer. If a delegate does not want to pay by credit card or PayPal, it is simply a question of completing the form and ignoring the payment options which can be done with the hide facility.

When they pay with credit card/PayPal, it seems to store the data from the form once they have paid but the delegate does not seem to get the autoresponder message confirming their data input. They simply get the very brief info from PayPal system. And the organiser does not receive the ntification of a submission. Is that correct and if so is there anyway it can be set to send these items.

There are a couple of other items with PayPal

    1. It automatically defaults to USA whereas I have set the system to tell it we are in the UK

    2. It mentions in the reconciliation in PayPal that I do not have a USA account; I know that but I am a fully accredited account holder in the UK. Is there anything that can be done to automatically change the PayPal default to UK when we click Submit.

    Thanks and regards

The emails are only sent after the payment is competed successfully. If the user does not choose any payment, then the emails will be sent instantly. Otherwise, you will not receive any notifications until the user completes the payment.

However, there is a way to see the submissions and even process them (send emails and add to the reports). To do this, select your form and then click on "Submissions" button. Then click on "Pending Submissions" button at the top.

I added your requests about the USA defaults to our requests list. We will look into them later.
