how do I remove an email from the email notification field?

I need to remove an email from the email notifications but the screen only seems to let me add. How can I remove an email that was used only for testing?

Simply open up the email notification and in the bottom left corner there should be a button that says "Delete E-mail":

Click that and you should be good to go.
