Why won't my email notifications include the name?

Also, is there any way to change the font of the part of the form where you fill out contact information? For example where it actually says "First" "Last" "city", etc. It is hard to read it in gray with my green background.

As for your first question you are wondering why your name isn't included in your email notification?

Are you talking about your form name? Your customers name? Or your name? Or?

Please clarify so we can better assist you with this problem.
