    Please help me resolve this problem. I am also having problem with my other form.

    Hi,

    I can't seem to reproduce the problem on my end. I have cloned your form here and integrated it with spreadsheet and everything goes normally as expected. The form integrates to spreadsheet without any problem.

    Please try the following steps, this might help.

    1. Remove the Google Spreadsheet Integration with your form

    2. Clear your browser's cache

    3. Re-integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet.

    If this doesn't make any difference, let us know.

    Hi, same error occur. I even tried using different computers.
