When i submit the form this comes up ;

Hi,

I made a test submission using your form http://www.jotform.me/form/42334888364464

but I did not encounter the problem you mentioned and I was able to see the Thank You page after form submission

I could not find any problem yet on the form or on your account. It could be a temporary glitch.

Can you please retry submission again. Inform us if issue persist.

i think i have already fix the issue of the error. didnt set-up the email (notification and autorespnder )and 'thank u page' first before copying the source code to the web but still the background paper and the pushpin is not showing. thanks

i have already submited to 'support' first and while having dinner, I was thinning of this issue and think of the steps i didnt do. thanks for the prompt reply, but can background paper is not showing on the webpage.

and also the button 'submit' doesn't change from submit to 'pls wait' when you click the button.

and the color of the button is not orange but white

Hi,

Sorry I did not noticed previously that you were using the form's source code embed on your website. I should have tested it on the website instead.

This is the user guide on How to Embed the Form using its Source Code.

BUT from what I can see on your website , I think there is no need for you to embed the form using its full source code. You can just embed the form using its embed code or the iframe embed code.

To remove the background style of your form, you can just clean the custom injected CSS code a bit and remove the background image setup on the form.
