We have setup JoForm and did about 4 tests. In one of your forum reply, you offered to reset the submission counter. Could we avail ourselves with that extended service please. We do understand that it can only be done once.
Would we be notified in anyway if we are getting close to our monthly limit? If not, can we set such notification.

I have reset your submission count form 4 to 0.
Yes, we only allow reset request for one time only, as this is more than enough already to help the user/account.

You will actually get notification. It is via your email account and also when you are logged in to your account you will be able to see the indicator sign about your submission count status.
