What is Error: 33 email required in payment

When I test my Authorize.net integration with the sand box credentials it tests just fine. When I imput my my real credentials it gives me a popup that says "Error: Email is required" . So what email is it talking about? There is no way to tell what the error is referring to.

I even deleted the form of payment and then reinstalled it again. Still works great in sand box but will not authenticate with the live authorize.net credentials. I even created new keys just for this test.

If I could figure out what email that the jotform is error is refering to I could fix it.

    Thanks for your help,

    Sandy

    Hi Sandy,

That was related to your Authorize.net account settings. The email field was required to your account. You can uncheck that if you want, please follow these steps:

    a. Login to your Authorize.net Merchant account

    b. Go to your Settings -> Payment Form -> Form Fields

    c. Uncheck the required box for the E-mail Address.

Hope that helps. Let us know if that error still popups after unchecking this setting.

    Thank you!

By the way, you can also just select an Email field to your form to pass it to your authorize.net integration. I did it to your form:

Settings > Properties > Email Field:

    Thank you!

Hey I tried removing the email from the form settings in the Authorize account and they are still off.

I even tried to remove it from the jotform altogether and still get the same error so I put it back on but left it out of the Authorize settings. Still get the same error.

Maybe I will call Authorize tomorrow.

    Thanks for your help,

    Sandy
