Is there a way to view all the Submissions within the JotForm website in one comprehensive list like you see in "My Forms"?

    Hi,

You can use theCombine Submissions Appto consolidate all of the forms submission data into a single data file. You can then import the data file into spreadsheets or similar application to view the submissions.

The Daily Digest Appis another way to get a centralized form submission data using the email.

Hope this help. Please tell us if none of this can work for you.

    Thanks.

Hi thank you for your reply. But these apps are not what I am looking for. But thank you for the idea of looking in your offered app forum. I’ll hunt around and see if there is something that comes close to what I am looking for.

In the meantime, just if you have any other ideas; I am looking for something to ALL the submissions that come through in one simple click-of-a-button comprehensive list or dashboard and not see all the other template files interspersed throughout MY TEMPLATES – its kinda hard to see, filter by dated submitted and manage JUST the submissions. Very annoying to create a .csv file for each separate submission. Hopefully someone will ‘get’ the idea!

    Thanks again.

    Hi,

At the moment, I can only suggest the Combine Submission App as the closest application to what have described.

I have tried this application in my more than hundred forms and thousands submissions already, and it is well streamlined and can take me no less than 10mins to check all the forms I want to consolidate the submissions and download them all in a CSV file.

I see that your account have less than 30 forms, I can assume it will take you lesser time to download all the submissions of your forms combined.

Perhaps another integration you may want to check is the Google Spreadsheet

    http://apps.jotform.com/app/google_spreadsheets_integration

When your form is integrated to Google spreadsheet, all of the form submissions will go to your Google account. Using google you will have more option to combine and manipulate all of your form submissions.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hi again.

It's not so much an issue of time but more of logical organization and management issue... I would like to see that SUBMISSIONS button at the top as an immediate option when you select MY TEMPLATES, not just when you scroll through a bunch of the templates and select one by one>> regardless if it's 30 or 1000 templates. Just not very efficient process to me. Therefore I would like to be able to have only submissions showing once I select this SUBMISSIONS filter button (with the correct fields of course completed by submitter/customer) AND most importantly show and filter with the date and time when each submission came in. This is especially important when a more involved reply and action needs to take place.

I'll check Google docs and whatnot but I think the only solution at this point is to just rely on the email notifier as they happen, which btw, I got an answer on how to set that up on each template. Will see how that goes...

    Hi,

Thank you for providing more details about this. I do understand what you wanted to have.

It seems I was also lacking in explanation. I even missed to guide you on how to view the submissions ALL in one place.

Here is the user guide on how http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

In the view submissions page of your account, you can also use the drop-down selector to easily change form that you want to view the submissions.

Thank you again for your reply and help. I do understand and have gone through all these features with the general "SUBMISSIONS" button but again that only works for the 1 template. I see that if you click on it it opens up the area to manage, but again that is for only ONE template at a time. And thanks for that little tip of the drop down arrow on the template title once you've selected the "SUBMISSIONS"...I didn't know that was there.

In any event, my templates are all similar but I have categorized them so that I know what type of inquiry or payment it is.  As you already saw, I have about 30 so I could receive several different submissions in various different templates. Therefore as it stands now, I would have to make an excel/csv file for every single template submission (that could be about 3-4 each give or take)  ....this is NOT what I had in mind of doing. One place to see all the submissions as shown in currently and one single export file with all the submissions at any given point when a report/file is exported. This just does not seem to be able to do at the moment.

I think my work around is just 1 or two templates and leave it at that but that defeats the purpose of my 'booking' process.

    Thanks anyway...

    Hi,

Again, thank you for providing very detailed and clear explanations.

I will submit a request ticket to our higher support if its possible to add a new feature in the My Forms page or in forms submissions page, the capability to download/view ALL of the account's form submissions consolidated in just one button click.

But let us not get our hope too high, as it will be a request that I can only submit at this time. It will go through deliberation process before it can even be considered or approved.

In any case, we will notify you here for any status updates on the request I submitted.

    Thanks.
