And are the Submissions supposed to be emailed to my designated account that I set set up in my profile (the SMTP set up?). That would be great because realized that I didn't set that up and saw a few Submissions came in when I went to login - I never received an email therefore was very late in seeing these Submissions to respond in a timely manner. If they are emailed immediately when then come in, I would have been able to be more prompt in my reply.
And if that is the case, I forgot, is there a captcha option before one Submits the forms? Sorry, I forgot or at least couldn't find it.

When you create a form under your account, it will be by default creates an E-mail Notification (submission email) with the intendedRecipient E-mailset is your account email.
You can change the target email account of the submission email by changing the email address in the Recipient E-mail box of the Notification E-mail.
