file upload button works but cannot retrieve uploaded file

    Hi, I added a file-upload button to my form, but I am having trouble retreiving files after the fact and from the space usage looks like it might not be storing it or something.

    I have a copy of the form up here: http://www.seventhirtythree.com/sandvik/survey/ though this is not the final destination and also the form code is on an iframe, this url: http://www.seventhirtythree.com/sandvik/survey/form_new.html

    So I have sent test submissions uploading a relatively small png file. I receive the email notification with the file name, but no link to the file. Then I come to jotform, go to the new submissions, and it lists the file and has a link, but when I click the link it cannot pull up an image or any file. 

    Any help is appreciated!

    Also the files have now moved to their permanent spot at

    We are still editing layout and testing as layout is modified, and at the moment it still seems to be only the upload file snag thats generating any sort of an issue.

    You can access to the uploaded files from the "Submissions" page. Log into your JotForm account, select your form and then click on "Submissions" button. Then click on the uploaded images to see or download them.

    Hi thank you for the response -

    in my first post I point out how when I go to jotform.com, login and go to submission, I see an image name and link, but when I click on it, it cannot locate the image or file that has been uploaded. Additionally, the upload space usage on the main page indicates that nothing has been uploaded to that storage.

    Here is a screenshot of the jotform backend, it does this with every file uploaded. Seems to register what has been uploaded, but it cannot pull it up or does not actually have it stored.

    I just did another test after sending the last message to make sure the issue was still happening.

    "...Then click on the uploaded images to see or download them."  I know there are images but I can't see them or the links. Help!

    ...in other words I also need to download those images (asap) but where and how?

    When you browse the submissions on the Submissions page, if there is an uploaded file you will see a link there. Click on it to get the uploaded file. If you cannot access it email us the URL of the image file.

    Its not working and I need these files asap. Can't you (or I) simply access these photos and download them?

    You need to send us the URL of those files so that we can investigate what happened.
