Not all data exporting anymore to Google Spreadsheet

Hi guys

For the first couple of tests the data was exporting to my google doc fine, now it is only bringing through some data. Please see attached

Any idea of a fix please?

Hi Phil,

I noticed that some of your form field labels aren't the same to the Google Spreadsheet. I guess you've modified the labelswhile the integration is present to the form or you've modified the spreadsheet header. Please note that we don't recommend doing any of these two. That would break the integration.

To fix that, I would advise to re-integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet. Click on the Google Spreadsheet integration to remove:
