Paypal form submission results are duplicated

Here is a screen shot of what happened when I did a dummy registration. I clicked only the 2nd-5th grade class, and as you can see on the screenshot, there are multiple classes added to the PayPal cart (two K-1st classes, which I did not click on)

Please let me know what I can do to fix this!
