I am sorry to bombard you with questions about this issue, but parents are trying to register for our classes and they charges are doubling up when they submit our forms and are taken to PayPal.
Upon further investigation as as I created dummy registrations for myself, I discovered that it seems to be an issue with the Multiple option. When there is more than one choice (for instance, choosing between a Kinder-1st grade class and a 2nd-5th grade class), the form (or perhaps PayPal) is doubling up the charges.
Attached is a screen shot of what is occurring on just about all our forms that have a Multiple option.
Please get back to me as soon as you possibly can. We run the risk of people giving up and not signing their children up if they cannot do this process with their credit card.

I was able to replicate the duplication issue of the payment charges on submission of formhttp://www.jotformpro.com/form/41946755527971
on the Paypal checkout, the items were duplicated
I am not sure what could be the cause of duplication at the moment.
But to fix the problem please tryremovingandadding backthe Paypal integration tool in the form.
Follow the screens below on how to do this.
After completing this test submit the form again. Check if the payment submissions are still duplicated on the checkout screen.

Unfortunately, I was still able to reproduced the issue even when I already removed and add the Paypal integration.
So, I will submit a bug ticket report to our higher team support to check on this.
For the mean time, please try totally removing the Paypal tool and then create a new item back into the form. When you delete the Paypal tool, select NO in the delete Confirm dialog.
See if this method makes the difference.
We will notify you here for any update on the status of the bug report I submitted.
