Tables: Tab no longer there for my form

Hello,

I had two tabs for the table in the link below. One for "South Hills Catholic Academy Registration Form - 2022-2023" and one for "South Hills Catholic Academy Registration Form - 2021-2022."

The tab for the 2021-2022 registration submissions is GONE! I looked back through the Revision History and couldn't see where someone would have deleted it.

Can someone please restore it?

We appreciate your patience. We can see that there are a lot of forms with the same name on your account. Can you provide the form ID of the form you're having issues with? Once we have the form ID, we'll be able to help you better.

I don't know what you mean by Form ID. The name of the form is: South Hills Catholic Academy Registration Form - Student #1, and the link is: https://form.jotform.com/202313652837150

I took a look at your table and only see one additional tab that's called 4. Can you explain a bit more what this additional table was? You mentioned that it was South Hills Catholic Academy Registration Form - 2021-2022 but I'm not seeing a form on your account with this name. Was this tab connected to a form or how was data gathered on this tab?

Once we have more information we'll have a better understanding of what we're looking for and be able to move forward with a solution.
