I have been using Jotform for a while with no problems.
I have several forms that I need to check but two of them concern me so far as we have lost thousands of dollars.
The 'Test Emails' work and the response to clients work - 2 response pages and 1 auto-responder.
Unfortunately we have not been receiving our notification e-mails.
My client is furious!
They have worked well for a long time and then all of a sudden, this.
I hope someone knows what happened. I love my Jotform
I have about 6 other forms to check - hoping they haven't all been compromised

I have been having the same issue. I "temporarily" fixed it by changing my default business receiving email to my default home receiving email but I don't like this fix because I want my professional email to receive my business inquires. I'll keep following your post and see if you or JotForm comes up with a fix! :)

Upon checking both the form's notification email alert, I did not find any issue with that. When I checked our email logs, I found that your email address "Our***@Canadian*****.com" was in our bounce list. I am not sure why it ended up in our bounce list as no reason was mentioned.
Our***@Canadian*****.com is IN the bounce list
I have removed your email address from our bounce it andyou should now receive the submission emails from both the forms.
