Hi we are running an event soon and may require to have somewhere between 900 and 1200 forms submitted in a 15-20 minute period.

Just wanting to make sure that the server can handle the load and traffic.

    Regards

    Lee

    Hello Lee,

We have cloud of servers which should be able to handle any spike in submission volume. You are talking about 60 submissions per minute and I believe that should notbe an issue.

Upon checking, I found that you only have a free account. Please be noted that in free account you can receive only up to 100 submission in a month. You may like to upgrade your account based on your submission requirement. Please take a look at our pricing page for more information on available plans and its submission limits: www.jotform.com/pricing

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

That's not really a spike for us. When the Facebook marketing team used JotForm on their townhall meeting with Obama to get questions from online viewers, that was a spike :) And, we handled that well. So, no need to worry.
