Approval workflow is redirecting to the form inbox

    Dear team

    I need your support to check that as the approval flow was working normally when the approver received the approval email as shown below 

    Where the manager Approved or rejected from the Email directly but now the email redirected him to the form inbox to take the action (Approval or rejection )

    So I need to know how to fix this issue

    I contacted you yesterday but the conversation was useless for me so I need a real solution

    Hello SKYAD,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested the form and noticed if you are logged in to your Jotform account then you are redirected to the form inbox. If you are not logged into your Jotform account then you will receive this page. You will not be redirected to the Form Inbox page:


    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:


    Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
