Customers are complaining their submissions are not going through and they are experiencing difficulty submitting credit applications.Additionally, some of the credit applications we have received over the past several months are in our in box but no email notification of a new application is being sent to us.

When you say "not going through" meaning, the form cannot be submitted? May we know if you have this form embedded to a webpage? Can you share to us link? We'd like to check it there, to confirm if a possible conflict is causing this.
