No email notification for a submission

    Additionally, some of the credit applications we have received over the past several months are in our in box but no email notification of a new application is being sent to us.

    We have checked our email logs and seems all of your form submissions were successfully delivered to your email address. You can check the same by following this guide:

    Have you tried checking the email by logging into your webmail access? If not, I would suggest doing so. The webmail URL is: Check both inbox and spam folder. Form emails may have been filtered as spam so it's adviseable to check using webmail access. As we know, POP settings don't sync spam emails by default.

    If no emails are there, then I would suggest asking your host if they can find some logs for incoming emails from Jotform. You can find all the of our IP Address and Mail Servers here: Also take a time to ask if they could whitelist us.

    Lastly, if both and doesn't work to your forms as the sender email, you can use SMTP details from your hosting provider as described from this guide: Or, you can use Mandrill's SMTP:
