Recaptcha, robot message and whitelist

    Hello!

I saw some messages in a forum about whitelisting an account. We use jotform to sign up for an event that we run. These happen monthly and lately we've heard people say they are getting the robot messages. In some research I found that others experienced this and you whitelisted the account. Is this something that could be done??

    Hello Storm_Products,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Captcha is an anti-spam tool that can be activated if there is suspicious or excessive traffic from an IP address. I checked your account on my end and it appears that your account is already on the whitelist which means you should no longer get the automatic captcha on your form.

For us to further investigate, could you please provide the URL of the form where your users are getting the automatic captcha? If the form is embedded on a website, could you please also provide the URL of the website?

Once we received your response, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
