its not letting me confirm my account after i click the link
This would be a great help if this problem is resolved as i rely on it for my business

I think you have not registered an account/username yet to JotForm. This can be the reason you could not integrate the form to Dropbox.
Use the same email account you used here when you create your account.
And then retry integrating your form to Dropbox while logged in to your new account.
Inform us if you are still having issue.
