We are currently evaluating JotForm as our corporate solution for charitable request applications.
In an effort to streamline this process, I was curious if someone could contact me regarding a workflow that has been put together?
We want to select a solution that we can customize our auto response to the form submission, as well as send an standard approval and denial message after the applications have been reviewed.

First, I recommend that you create your JotForm account first (for FREE!) as it will greatly help you get oriented in advance to the features and functionality that JotForm have.
As to your workflow capability question, Yes this is very much possible in our form.
