The only means for your account to accumulate SSL submissions is if the forms were submitted with secure or SSL URL.

    Check this user guide http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

Make sure you are not using the form by its secure URL.

Is the form embedded on a website? Can you please share to us the URL of the website where we can check.

It is possible also to get SSL submission if the form is embedded on the secure website(https) -- even if the form is not using https embed, if it gets submitted within the secure website, there is a tendency that the website will convert the submission to secure submissions since the website itself is using secure protocol.

Inform us if there are still issue.
