No emails are coming through when people use my form

    I have an email field in my form, but when someone signs up and I receive the confirmation email the user's email does not show up. At first I thought people were signing up without including an email, but I just tested it myself. Why would this be?

    Also, as you can see in the attached screenshot, the responses I receive in my email do not correspond with the form I created - it's just the 'simple event form' even though I made several changes.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hello Will,

    Have you cloned this form? Please be noted that if you edit your email alert template, it becomes dirty. That means any changes you make in your form will not be reflected automatically in your email template.

    To solve this problem, please delete the existing email alert you have in your form and add a new one. A new notification alert will always display all question of your form.
