    Hi,

     

    I'd like to adjust this message that appears on the submission of a form.

     

    We currently use an API to feed into Clinchpad; this process is taking a few seconds and as such I'd like the message to reflect there may be a slight delay and NOT to resubmit as we are getting duplications.

     

    Is it possible to change this message?

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to change this message. But let me submit this thread to our developers as a feature request. Unfortunately, the support team can't promise you any timeframe for this and we cannot tell you if our developers would consider adding this in the future. If there are updates, you should be notified via this thread.

    How do you want to change the message? What do you want to show instead of "Please wait while redirecting..."?

    Hi,

    Ideally in our companies scenario it would be beneficial if it said.

    "Great Grass are currently processing your sample request, this process may take a few moments..."

    Or perhaps

    "Thank you, we are processing your request please hold a moment"

    Or 

    "Just a moment whilst we deal with your request..."

     

    Just a note for all other users of JotForm; by telling the user they are being redirected; it suggests they are being to taken to another website perhaps.

    It would also be advantageous to encourage users not to go back or refresh the page.

    I opened a bug ticket about this. We should change it to something else instead of saying "redirecting". Thanks for the clarification.

    Hello,

    The message is changed to "Please wait while we are processing your request...". Would you consider this acceptable?

    Dear sir, please help me, everything is ok.  but, everytime I see that" redirecting please wait..... " sometimes I wait for an hour but redirecting would not complete. But why? What can I do now?
