    Hi Tim,

It seems that the Submit and Clear buttons are partially hidden from view. May we ask which embed code did you use to embed your form into your webpage? If it is Iframe embed code, you can increase the height of the iframe so that the buttons will be fully visible.

Please try and let us know how it goes. Thank you and enjoy using JotForm!

I'm no longer sure which embed code I used.  I tried using the iWeb embed code but that just produced a duplicate form above the existing form.  Neither of which would allow the inputting of information.

Is there some way I can clear the form entirely and start again and is there some way, once I've got the form working, that I can avoid there being any changes to it?

I'm a little confused about what you're saying about the Submit and Clear buttons.  I can see them clearly, they don't appear to be hidden from view?

    Hi Tim,

I was referring to the slight error I noticed below when I used Google Chrome:

Although I was also able to replicate the issue you reported (I am not able to click the fields to key in my name, etc)

Yes, you may deconstruct your form and start from scratch. I would then recommend to you to use the Iframe embed code to paste into your website code. This could solve your issues.

Thank you and let us know how it goes.
