There is occasionally issues with some browsers and printing from submissions view. Usually cancelling the print and starting a new one fixes this. If you still are unable to print from the submission view, if possible, try a different web browser. If you cannot print even from a fresh browser, let us know and we will be happy to see what else we can do.
