WHERE IS MY FORMS?

    I was using a jotform and my account has been disable, i will get my forms just paying? There´s no advice on this website saying that i just can use the service for a few weeks on the free plan! It is nt fair, just must have write this where the people can see. I love the service, but im little disapoint with that!

    Hi crevilaronz,

    I checked your account and you have reached the allowed submissions limit for a Free account. This is the reason why your forms have been disabled. You either have to upgrade to a Premium/Professional plan or wait for the following month for your submissions counter to be reset back to zero.

    So, when i have 100 Monthly Submissions my account it will automaticly suspensed? But on the next month (august) my form it will be again on the website? I need make this form again?

    I would like to have a premium account, but you have to think the price to my country Brazil. US$90,00 in Brazil represent like R$ 180,00 (real) it is the double price...so this make the sevice a little bit expensive! Can you think about the Brazil Customers?

    Thanks i´m waiting the answer.

    Hello crevilaronz,

    You don't have to create the forms again. Once your account gets reactivated on the next month, all your forms will be functional again.

    Unfortunately, our price does not vary per country.  If you wish to get more discount, you can purchase a 2-year subscription, which is $41 cheaper compared to a 1-year subscription.  This is also almost $100 cheaper compared to a monthly subscription.

    But you have to think in that price and increase the business here in Brazil.
