E-mails are not attaching PDF

    In my approval workflow, PDF's are not always being attached to the email response.

    Several people every day are emailing saying no PDF was attached - it's not all customers but about 5-10 a day are getting the email but no attached PDF, but the rest are getting it correctly.

    Can you please rectify this so that everyone who is supposed to gets the PDF that should be attached to the email?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’re sorry you're having difficulties with this​​I tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

    Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
