Artists fill out the form for "Material View" exhibit; when done, a link sends them back to the form to enter a 2nd and 3rd artwork, if they desire.
Problem: For the 2nd and 3rd entries by the same person, the info is stored in last year's form ("Illumination"), and the wrong AutoResponder and Notification emails are used (from last year's Illumination). This happened for 4 out of 6 artists.

I checked out the form Entry Form- ACN MATERIAL VIEW. The Thank you page had a link that displayed as the form you intended, but the link actually directed to the old form. So if a user cut and pasted the link it would work correctly. But if they clicked on it, it would take them to the old form.

I updated it and tested it, and it seems to work fine now. I also deleted the test entries, and they won't be counted against your account. (sorry for sending those...).

Thanks. Is there any way to move those entries to the correct form (Material View)? They are ID #s 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51 that are now in last year's 'Illumination'.

In this case you probably want to use our import application:
You will export the data from the old form, format it correctly, and then import it. There are instructions as you follow the app to make this change.
It's always a good idea to make full backups of all your submissions before doing operations like this.
