- BREWSTERCAsked on August 27, 2014 at 11:14 PMI've had the same issue with Smooth Signature. With the updated Chrome browser, some users could see the field and others couldn't. It was random with Internet Explorer as well. But, there were no issues with the "shaky" signature widget. No answers here, just letting you know we've had similar issues.

We notice issues with IE8:
And I.E 11 (Sporadically)
I could not successfully reproduce the error in Chrome - but I have forwarded this to our developer for further compatibility checks.

You should be able to use Smooth Signature without incident -
