    Hi,

Please check in the form submission page if the transaction is in the Incomplete Payments Inbox

I suggest checking also http://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ  to better understand what to do with incomplete payment transaction.

Inform us if there are still issue.

    Thanks.

I know what to do with an incomplete payment. That's not the issue, but the fact that I have one today amidst all the other PayPal problems makes me wonder if it really is incomplete.

My main issue is that I received a payment from PayPal today that has NO form submission to accompany it. It doesn't exist. I also got no email notification from Jotform about this submission. It also does not exist in the incomplete submissions. All I have is the money - ZERO information about the person who registered for a class with me except name and email address. I can send that person an email and look like an idiot and ask them for ALL THE INFORMATION I COLLECT ON MY FORM, but that's what Jotform is supposed to do for me. What's the deal?

Now TWO submissions I had already deleted have suddenly reappeared in my submissions. These, of course, have already been processed and are not the ones in question. Now what?

    Hi,

I am not really sure I understand what had happened because when I checked this form's http://www.jotform.com/10983936256  submission data earlier, it has 2.

And both submissions seems to be completed transactions because the payment details were complete.

Are you saying that there were more than 2 submissions before? And the 2 we are seeing at the moment were previously deleted submissions?

Please clarify so I can investigate further.

    Thanks.

These two submissions worked fine. I processed them the way I always do on my end and then deleted them from my Jotform submissions. Then somebody on your end manually put them back into my submissions file. The ones I'm talking about are more recent. I now have a new pending submission (two total). Please don't tell me your standard thing about what to do with pending submissions. I know all that. However, given the problems I am having with the Paypal integration, I'm suspicious that these people actually completed the form and somehow are being held at the pay gate so to speak.

This just keeps getting weirder. One of the two pending submissions is from the same email address, but different last name as the one for which I have payment, but no email notification or submission on jotform - only a Paypal confirmation of transaction.
