My IPN messages on Paypal are enabled, but I received a JotForm submission that did not go through (is marked Incomplete). Can you help? I attached a screenshot of my Paypal IPN settings.
(My IPNs are going to a different website but your instructions say "The default notification URL does not matter. JotForm just needs IPN to be enabled.")

So you are saying that your IPN is not working?
I think that this is happening because you are using the wrong Notification URL. I can see in your screenshot you have it set to "http://www.musicteachershelper.com/studentpayment".
It should actually be ours which is "https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php" otherwise it won't work because even though you have your form embedded it still operates from your account and that is what listens and relates the notifications for this to work properly. As far as I know this IPN Address should also work for secured forms too.
