All of my JotForms have been disabled!!!

    I have almost 60 clients whose forms simultaneously just crashed.  I received an email saying I am over my quota.  I sent an email last month regarding similar notices and this was the response:

    Sent: Monday, June 14, 2010 4:30 AM
    To: james
    Subject: Re: JotForm: James

    The email that was sent to you was a mistake. I refunded your last payment. You account is fine and you do not need to upgrade. We changed the prices but not to the existing users. 

    If you still see your account on red, please logout and log back in and that should also be fixed.

    Sorry about that. I fixed your account. Your limits should now be increased. Please logout and log back in to see your new limits.
