I AM LOOKING FOR A WAY FOR US TO BE NOTIFIED IF THERE IS A HOTEL CALL FROM AMONGST THE SERVICE REQUESTS. IS THERE A WAY VISUALLY THAT THIS COULD BE DONE?

    Hello boracaymd,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid it is not possible to add conditions to the tables and I don't think there is a direct way to be notified if there is a hotel call from amongst the submissions. If you could share more details about what you are trying to achieve, we can check if there are any workarounds.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

If you look into the tablet that we have, the notification colors between in office appointments and those in the hotel look similar So weve missed a couple of appointments because at First glance it seems the same. I understand of course that we have to look more carefully, but it would be helpful if we could see at a glance that there is a hotel call , like Make it Darker red OR a completely different color OR if the Submission could be highlights Some How So that there are visual Cues to look Further.

thank you for taking the Time to Answer my questions

    Hello boracaymd,

I'm afraid it is not possible to change font colors in the submission table or to highlight submissions. I went ahead and escalated this as a feature request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
