I did check your account and all your form's are still there in your account. I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and see if you are able to see your forms. The following guide should help you in clearing browser cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
It seems you upgraded your account on July 28, 2014 and on the same day you have cancelled your subscription as well. That is the reason why today your account was downgraded to free.
Do get back to us if you still do not see your forms and we will take a look.
