I have team members that have their own accounts. How do I share a form with them so they can use it in their own accounts?

How do they then save that form in their account so when they send it out to their clients they receive back the submissions in their jotform account.

Hi Kim,
Thanks for getting back to us.
My colleague was showing you how to share your form with others, where they will fill in your form. If you're wanting each other account to have their own copy of your form that they can use you'll want them to clone your form from URL. Then a copy of your form will be made on their account that they can make adjustments to and will populate their forms table.
Give this a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Ok, I followed what the video said to do, but it said " you do not have access" when I tried to clone the URL in to their account.

Hi Kim_Erickson,
I'm very sorry to hear that. Are you referring to the below message?
If so, make sure that the Prevent Cloning is off on the form you're cloning. Check out the screenshot below to see how it's done:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
