why are my forms disabled?

    created an online application and it shows up but cannot view form or embed due to site saying my forms are disabled.  Please help  this is for a client.

    Due to your account being fairly new and the sensitive nature of the data your are collecting with the only form in your account.  Our automatic phishing detector was set off and your account was automatically suspended.

    I checked you form and it appears to be a legitimate employment application.  I went ahead and activated your account and whitelisted your form.  You should no longer have any issue using either.
