Paypal pro error "Security Error: Security Header not valid"

    HI - I am the Treasurer for the Town of Chesapeake Beach and we are having issues with individuals making a payment through our form.

    Hi Brittany,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error "Security Error: Security Header not valid" is mostly caused by incorrect API credentials.

    Make sure the fields that are highlighted below should have the right credentials. Check our guide How to Obtain PayPal API Credentials.

    1. To get to this section, click the payment fields select.
    2. Click the wand icon to get to the Paypal Pro Integration.
    3. Enter the correct details under the API - Username, API - Password, and API - Signature.
