My form disappeared and shows "error"

    I used JotForm to create a newsletter subscription form for a client. It looked good and worked well for about a month. Today it disappeared and shows only the word "error". I logged into my account on JotForm and looked at the form in preview, it shows exactly the way it used to be on the Website.

    The form was implemented on the Website correctly; it has attracted 3 subscribers whose information was received exactly as configured. The last subscription took place a couple of days ago. No change has been made to the code since it was inserted.    

    Please tell me what's the problem.  The code used to work perfectly and wasn't changed.

    First of all, we do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. I've tried replicating your issue on our end and it seemed to have a code conflict. Try embedding the form using iFrame and change to Let us know if it solves your issue so that we can further assist you.
