I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you are not receiving your submission emails?
I did check your form's notification email alert but did not find any issue with that. It should be sending the submission emails normally.
Have you already checked your spam folder? I would also suggest you to login to your webmail account and check all other folders in your webmail account as well. If you do not find emails in your webmail account, please contact your email service provider to find out if they are blocking any emails from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ask them to white list our domain names to ensure that emails are delivered to your email inbox.
